Deprecation of InkPaint

Today I'm deprecating InkPaint, since its C# WPF core made it almost impossible to bring to other platforms outside of Windows, like macOS and Linux. A cross-platform web (and Electron) app is in the works, but I'm unable to give any ETA right now.
